Ingredients
500gramsboneless chickencut into cubes
4tbspcooking oil
½cupchopped coriander leavesfor garnishing
1tspred chili flakesfor garnishing
For Marinade:
1tablespoongrated ginger
1tablespoongrated garlic
1teaspoonred chili powder
1teaspoonred chili flakes
1teaspoonpaprika
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonbrown sugarlight
2tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a glass bowl. Reserve 4 tablespoons of marinade for later use.
Marinate the chicken for 1 hour ( or up to 4 hours).
Heat oil in a grill pan or any non-stick pan.
Place the marinated chicken pieces and grill on all sides till cooked (10 minutes on each side). While the chicken pieces are still cooking in the pan, pour the remaining marinade and cook for a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice or as a stuffing for the wrap or sandwich.
