Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupwater
1tablespoonchopped garlic
2green chilies
½cupfinely chopped onion
½cupfinely chopped capsicum
½carrot grated
¼cupchopped spring onion
¾teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsoy sauce
1teaspoonsugar
1tablespoonvinegar
Other ingredients
2teaspooncooking oil per toast
¼cupsesame seeds
8slicesof breadwhite or brown
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour and water with the help of a whisk until smooth.
Then add all the chopped ingredients along with all the spices and seasonings and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan with 2 teaspoons of cooking oil on low heat for 2 minutes.
Take a bread slice and evenly spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of vegetable mixture. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds and fry the bread slice on the pan with the vegetable side down. While the bread is cooking on one side, spread 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture on the other side along with sesame seeds.
Toast the bread on low to medium flame for 5 minutes on each side or until it turns crispy and golden.
