10 tortillasor thin maida rotis
For chicken stuffing
500gramsboneless chicken
1teaspoonblack pepper powder
1teaspoonlemon juice
3tablespoonoil
2tablespoonbutter
1teaspoonsalt
Other ingredients:
1small onion sliced
1cupcapsicum sliced
1cupsliced and deseeded tomatoes
1cupgrated cheddar cheese
1cupgrated mozzarella cheese
3lettuce leaves chopped
For spicy sauce:
1tablespoonchili sauce
1tablespoontomato ketchup
1teaspoonmustard sauce
Instructions
For chicken stuffing
Heat a pan and add oil. Add finely chopped chicken pieces and stir fry along with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients for spicy sauce in a bowl.
Take a tortilla or Roti and place it over a hot pan. Spread the spicy sauce all over. Now arrange rest of the vegetable and cheese ingredients for filling along with the cooked chicken pieces. Place another roti over it. And grill on a hot pan for 2 minutes on slow flame. Carefully flip over the quesadilla and cook on another side for 1 or 2 minutes.
Now you will see that all the cheese has melted. Remove from the pan and cut the quesadilla into 4 pieces.
