Ingredients
1cupcucumber cut into cubes
1medium sized tomato de-seeded & cubed
½cupred or green appleor tinned pineapple
½cupchopped lettuceiceberg
½cupboiled pasta any shape.
1chicken boneless breast grilledwith any marinade of your choice
2tablespoonchopped parsleyor fresh coriander
1green chili choppedoptional
For dressing:
3tablespoonmustard paste
1tablespoondry yogurt
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongrated garlic
¼teaspoonsugar
½teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonlemon juice
½teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for salad in a glass bowl.
Mix together all ingredients for dressing in a separate bowl. Keep both the bowls chilled.
