Step by step recipe of No-Churn Homemade Mango Ice Cream
No-Churn Home-made Mango Ice-Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango puree grind mango without adding water
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream or any full fat cream
- 1 can condensed milk 395 gms
Instructions
- Cook the mango puree on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes till all the water in the mango evaporates and you get a thick pulp. Set aside and cool completely.
- Whip the cream using a hand beater or manually till the cream thickens and forms peaks.
- In a large bowl, mix together mango puree and condensed milk. Then slowly add whipped cream a little at a time. Mix well till well combined.
- Pour in a freezer-proof container and cover with a lid or a cling wrap. Freeze for 5 hours, remove from freezer and stir again. Return the container back to the freezer to set it completely.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
