Bhori Cutlet
Ingredients
- 500 grams mince mutton or chicken
- 3 tbsp fried onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp crushed dry red chilli / red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
- 2 green chili finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 bread slices soaked in milk and squeezed
- ½ cup chopped mint leaves
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup flour for coating
Instructions
- Marinate the mince with crushed fried onion, black pepper, crushed red chili, ginger & garlic paste, soya sauce and salt for 10 minutes. Put the marinated mince in a pan and cook on the flame. Once the mince is cooked through turn the flame high and cook till all the liquid has drained.
- Remove the cooked mince in a large mixing bowl and add onion, potatoes, green chili, egg, bread slices, and salt.
- Mix well, make small flat cutlets and coat each of them in flour and shallow fry.
