Dates Lassi is a perfect Ramadan drink with a combination of nutrition packed Dates and chilled yogurt. Add some cashew nuts to give a creamy texture and a hint of cinnamon for a the aromatic flavor.
Ingredients
- 3 Dates
- 6 cashew nuts
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- cinnamon powder Pinch of
Instructions
- Soak dates and cashew nuts in 1 cup milk for 1 hour.
- Add the soaked dates and cashew nuts along with milk in a blender jar and grind to a smooth paste.
- In the same blender jar add 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup milk, and cinnamon. Blend again until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
