Give a lollypop shape to the chicken wings. Simply cut off the end portion of the wing. Now you are left with a v-shaped wing. Just detach the two parts from the joint. Take the upper portion of the wing, and with the help of a knife scrape all the flesh towards the other side of the bone.
2. Combine all the marinating ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix well and pour it over the chicken wings. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours in a refrigerator.
3. Take a deep frying wok and heat cooking oil on low flame for 5 minutes.
4. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil (or the same oil that was used for deep-frying) on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add chopped garlic and fry for a couple of minutes or until it turns light golden and fragrant. Then add chopped onion and green chilies. Fry onion for 5 minutes until soft and pink. Now add soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, sugar, salt, and chopped spring onion. Cook on low heat for 1 minute and then add fried chicken wings. Toss well with sauce until well coated on slightly high heat for 1 minute.

Ingredients
For Marinade
- 1 egg medium
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste combined
- 3 teaspoon red chili powder Kashmiri
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
For Manchurian sauce
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon red chili sauce or more
- 1 teaspoon sugar white or brown
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped spring onion
Other Ingredients
- 700 grams chicken wings
- 2 cups cooking oil for deep frying
- ½ plain flour all-purpose flour/maida
- ¼ cup corn flour

For Marinating

For frying
- Take a deep frying wok and heat cooking oil on low flame for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together plain flour and corn flour. Dip and coat each marinated wing in the flour mixture and deep fry in medium-hot oil for 10 minutes. Keep turning the sides for even cooking.
- Remove the cooked chicken wings on a paper towel. Set aside and keep warm.
For Manchurian sauce
- Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil (or the same oil that was used for deep-frying) on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic and fry for a couple of minutes or until it turns light golden and fragrant. Then add chopped onion and green chilies.
- Fry onion for 5 minutes until soft and pink. Now add soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, sugar, salt, and chopped spring onion.
- Cook on low heat for 1 minute and then add fried chicken wings. Toss well with sauce until well coated on slightly high heat for 1 minute.
- Turn off the flame and serve hot.
To Serve
- Serve these chicken lollypops hot with Chinese noodles or fried rice. You can also serve these as starters or party appetizers.

You use any other part of chicken for this recipe. You can prepare this dish even with regular wings without making it into a lollypop if you find it difficult.
