In this recipe, you need to convert the chicken wings into lollypops using a technique. Deep-fry these lollypops with a few spices and ingredients to make them crispy. In addition to this, make a special Chinese coating sauce for these crispy deep-fried chicken lollyops.
This dish is a perfect appetizer or it can be served as a starter with any Chinese main course. I usually serve these chicken lollypop Manchurian with Fried Rice and Chinese Chicken Gravy. Sometimes I pair these with Chicken Hakka Noodles.
