Detox Raw Mango Salad
This raw mango or Kairi salad is super refreshing and healthy. With no sugar and no oil, you can include this salad in your detox diet.

- 1 Raw mango I used totapairi or any other sweet variety of Kairi
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- ½ onion thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber julienned
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Green chili finely chopped
For Salad dressing
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon chat masala powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
For Garnish
- 1 teaspoon kalonji nigella seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
- Chop all the salad vegetables and fruits.
- Take a large glass bowl, and add all the veggies along with the salad dressing.
- Place the salad bowl in the refrigerator for 30 to 50 minutes before serving.
