You only need few ingredients to put this refreshing and healthy salad together. And all the ingredients are the basic ones that you will always have with you.

How to serve Mango Salsa Dip?
Even though it looks like a salad, you can also use it as a dip as well. Here are few ways that you can serve this dip:
- As a topping or sauce for your tacos
- As a dip to be served with tortilla chips
- Serve it with toasted pita bread or khubz
- On a cheese toast
- On a plate of nachos
Ingredients used in Mango Salsa
- Mango – It is better to use a sweet and ripe mango especially the one that has more pulp. While making the mango puree, do not add any water.
- Onion – I have used the red onion in this salsa. But make sure not to add too much of it.
- Tomato – Chop a ripe and firm tomato. Deseed the tomato before chopping. You can use cherry tomatoes too.
- Cucumber – This ingredient is optional but gives a nice crunch and freshness to the salsa.
- Chilies – Jalapeno is the ideal chili to be used here, but if you do not have jalapenos then the regular green chilies will do.
- Lemon juice – It gives a tangy and refreshing feel to the salsa.
- Spices – Do not overdo with spices, as it will overpower the flavors of mangoes and other salad ingredients.

- 1 large mango finely diced
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- ½ cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 green chili chopped
- ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup mango puree
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
