Rooh Afza Aval Milk is a refreshing drink perfect for the summer heat. You can drink and eat as well made with mashed bananas, lots of nuts, rooh afza for extra flavor, and fresh chilled milk.
Aval Milk flavored with Rooh Afza is a perfect drink for the month of Ramadan. This drink contains most of the nutrition and flavors required to quench the thirst after long fasting hours. For instance, the addition of nuts, dates, bananas, naval, and milk makes this Avil milk a complete meal in itself.
Ingredients used in Rooh Afza Aval Milk
The main ingredients of this drink are milk and aval.
You can use cow’s milk as well as any other vegan milk such as soy milk, or any kind of nuts milk. But make sure to use chilled milk as warm or hot milk will not give the same refreshing taste.
Aval used here is beaten rice of thin variety. However, the aval used to make poha is of a thick texture which should be avoided. It is very important that aval should be well toasted with ghee.
Any kind of nuts of your choice can be added.
Rooh Afza is optional in this recipe. If you wish, you can either have it plain or add any other flavor such as chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, caramel sauce, and so on.
Fruit pulp – Other varieties of fruit pulp that can be used are mango and berries.
