Mango Lemonade is Refreshing drink with the combination of mango and lemon along with mint leaves to beat the summer heat.
There are some days during the fasting months when I am in no mood to have any kind of milky drinks or any thick milkshakes. I love to have mostly juices that are chilled and watery. These kinds of drinks are refreshing, hydrating, and light on the stomach. Mango Lemonade is one of those drinks which can be made in a jiffy if you have chilled soda cans in the refrigerator.
Mango Lemonade is a refreshing drink made with mango pulp, lemon juice, and mint leaves. The drink can also be sweetened with honey or jaggery and the black salt is completely optional. I like to make this drink during the month of Ramadan for Iftar.
Mango Lemonade can be made during non-seasonal days too. You just need to puree the mangoes with the help of a blender and freeze it in the ice cube tray. Once the cubes are frozen, remove them from the tray and store them in a zip lock bag in the freezer section.

Refreshing Mango Lemonade
Ingredients
- ½ cup mango puree/pulp
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black salt
- 5 mint leaves
- 3 cups of chilled water/soda
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together and serve chilled with fresh mint leaves, lemon wedges, and ice cubes.
- The consistency can be adjusted with less or more water according to the choice.
