This week we have an exclusive Weekly Meal Plan for all the busy people like working mothers, working bachelors, or students who do not have much time to spare and prepare a 3-course meal. Most of these dishes are complete and do not require any side dishes or accompaniments. And if you are more of a ‘curry and rice’ person, you can find below 5 different curries for 5 days which can be paired with steamed rice or rotis.
To make your own meal plan, you can always combine one-pot meals like Porridge or Khichdi for one day, followed by one-pot flavored rice which does not need any curry. One of the days can be pasta or noodles or even as simple as a one-dish Prawn Biryani or Vegetable Biryani for weekends.
