This a simple recipe of homemade strawberry jam without any added preservatives and artificial food colors made with fresh strawberries and sugar.
I like to preserve fresh strawberries in the form of a homemade jam which requires very few ingredients and is easy to prepare too. My favorite way to have fresh strawberries is to just dip them in sugar and have it as a snack.
Due to the ongoing winter season, it is not a good option to have chilled juices or lassi, so the only best option at hand is to make this homemade jam.
The taste of this homemade jam is just wonderful. You can always control the amount of sugar and be free from artificial colors and preservatives.
I highly recommend that this jam should be made in less quantity as the shelf life of homemade jam is only 10 to 15 days.
So If you are planning to prepare the jam, let it be with a maximum of 1 kilogram and not more than that.
