As the winter sets in, this week’s meal plan includes a new section with 4 types of soups to choose from. Monday is a day for seafood dishes, Tuesday with a simple dal chawal meal and chicken Chettinad as a side dish. Like last week, this week also I have selected Wednesday for a Chinese meal which quite popular among all, and it brings a good change with Indian dishes being cooked on daily basis. A complete vegetarian meal for Thursday because Friday is going to be a party layout. So for Friday, we have a nice and scrumptious Chicken Tikka Masala with Dhaba Sabzi and Chana Pulao.
