A weekly meal plan is a brilliant way of saving time and cooking healthy food. Meal planning makes grocery shopping and meals less hectic, and we could all use a little less stress in our lives.
Here is a new meal plan for the first week of December. For Monday, I have selected a seafood theme that is more of a coastal delicacy. Tuesday is more like a Dhaba-style meal with dal fry, chicken chili, and potato salad to be served with roti instead of rice. The theme for Wednesday is an Arabic spread with Vegetable & Soya Nuggets Kabsa along with Arabic style Grilled Al Faham Chicken. Thursday is going to be a vegetarian meal with Dal Makhani & Punjabi Bhindi served with Ghee Rice. You can also substitute rice with roti as per your choice. Friday for me is always a lavish lunch with Mutton as the main ingredient. So this week instead of Biryani, I have selected a nice Mutton curry with spinach, and do not forget to set aside a few mutton pieces for the Yakhni Pulao. Tandoori Aloo Bites will be an excellent side dish to go with this kind of Main Course. There is also a small meal plan for breakfast, dinner, and desserts.
