Let me be honest here and mention the point that there were many recipe posts just lying in my drafts for a long time. It was high time that I stop putting off things and start taking action. To move further in my blogging journey, it is essential that I finish all the tasks before starting the new ones.
Strawberry Mint Lassi was also one of those recipes waiting to be posted and I kept delaying it for no strong reason. I try to freeze strawberries whenever there is a large supply and use them later for shakes and smoothies. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin K and vitamin C and are also rich in fiber, folic acid, manganese, and potassium. The presence of phytonutrients and flavonoids makes this fruit bright red in color.
Strawberry Mint Lassi
Try this refreshing drink made with fresh strawberries and yogurt. The minty twist in the drink makes it more tastier and refreshing.
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 8 strawberries
- 1 cup chilled yogurt
- Water as needed
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 5 to 6 mint leaves
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together except for the water. Add water as needed to adjust the consistency.
- Serve chilled.
