Chicken Lollypop
Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings made into lollypop
- 2 cups cooking oil for deep frying
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder or more
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ¾ tsp salt or as per taste
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of red food color
Coating (mix together)
- ½ cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken wings with all ingredients mentioned above in a glass bowl and set aside in a refrigerator for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Dip chicken wings in the flour coating and fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with Thai chili sauce.
