Chicken Tikka Breakfast Subway Sandwich
Ingredients
- 3 long Italian buns of 6 inches each
- 2 cups of boneless chicken tikka pieces chopped
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese or more
- 1 cup scrambled egg optional
- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce or any other
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1 cup sliced capsicum
- 1 cup sliced white onion
- ½ cup sliced olives optional
- ½ cup mustard sauce
- ½ cup thousand island sauce
Homemade sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
Instructions
- Layer chicken pieces and scrambled egg on the bun.
- Arrange cheese slices and bake in a preheated oven at 200 deg C for 5 minutes or till cheese melts.
- Remove the buns from oven and arrange all the salad ingredients of your choice and drizzle on top with the sauces of your choice.
- Wrap the sandwiches in a sandwich paper or cling wrap and serve.
