Potato & Chutney Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 large potato boiled and sliced
- 1 cheese slice
- 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of Mint Chutney
Mint Chutney (grind together):
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp lemon juice | or tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup green coriander
- 1 slice of bread torn into pieces
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on 1 slice of the bread.
- Place slices of boiled potato and cheese.
- Spread chutney on the other slice of bread and place it over the potato & cheese.
- Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.
