Egg Salad Sandwhich
Ingredients
- 6 slices of sandwich bread
- 100 grams butter
For the Egg Salad ( mix together in a bowl)
- 2 boiled eggs finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper.
Instructions
- Take a slice of bread, spread the egg salad mixture. Place the other slice on top, and spread some butter on the outside part of the sandwich. Toast on a pan or in a sandwich grill till golden and crisp.
- Repeat the step with other slices as well.
- For a cold sandwich, do not grill or toast.
Notes
STEP 6Egg Salad can be prepared the previous night for the next day breakfast.
