Creamy Chicken Sandwich
Creamy style Chicken sandwich with added tahini to give a nutty flavor, to be served cold and ideal for High Tea parties.
Ingredients
- 6 slices of sandwich bread
For Creamy Chicken Stuffing
- 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tahini sauce sesame paste
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all the above stuffing ingredients in a medium bowl. Taste and check the seasoning. You can also add some shredded carrots if you wish.
- Take a slice of bread, spread the chicken mixture and place the other slice over it. Slightly toast on a hot pan and serve.
