Chicken Shami Kabab Roll
Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken Shami Kababs
- 3 Rotis | or readymade tortillas | or any kind of flatbread
- 1 cup grated cheese
- ½ cup green mint chutney
- 1 capsicum sliced optional
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 leaves of lettuce chopped
- ½ cup finely shredded cabbage
For mint chutney: (grind together)
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup green coriander
- 1 slice of bread soaked in water
Instructions
- Place a frying pan with 1 tbsp oil or butter over the heat.
- Spread 1 tbsp of chutney over the roti.
- Keep all the chopped vegetables of your choice.
- Place a kabab in a vertical position. (you may have to cut the kabab into 2 halves and place it one below another)
- Sprinkle grated cheese over kabab as much as you like.
- Roll the roti or flatbread into a tight roll and place it over the hot pan and roast it to get a crispy coating.
- Serve hot.
