Hyderabadi Egg Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup dry khoya or powdered milk
- 1 ½ cups eggs keep adding eggs into the cup until the quantity is reached
- ¾ cup melted ghee
- ¾ cup powdered almonds peeled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160deg C. Grease an 8 inch by 8 inch baking pan.
- Combine all the above ingredients in a big bowl and beat well with an electric beater or by hand till the mixture is smooth without any lumps.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 40 to 45 min.
- Keep checking after 30 min by inserting a skewer. When the skewer comes out clean remove the pudding and leave aside to cool.
