Hyderabadi Egg Pudding

Hyderabadi Pudding is an Indian style baked dessert with almond, eggs and milk. It is an ideal dessert to be served during festival season.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup dry khoya or powdered milk
  • 1 ½ cups eggs keep adding eggs into the cup until the quantity is reached
  • ¾ cup melted ghee
  • ¾ cup powdered almonds peeled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 160deg C. Grease an 8 inch by 8 inch baking pan.
  • Combine all the above ingredients in a big bowl and beat well with an electric beater or by hand till the mixture is smooth without any lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 40 to 45 min.
  • Keep checking after 30 min by inserting a skewer. When the skewer comes out clean remove the pudding and leave aside to cool.
