A refreshing summer dip with yogurt mixed with crunchy salad seasoned with Indian spices. This dip is best served with biryani and kababs.
Raita is the most versatile condiment in Indian cuisine. Other than treating it like a side dish or a dip, it can be a healthy dinner option that is a complete food in itself. It is the most refreshing and cooling food during summer with loads of nutrients and also has amazing health benefits.
