I always like to have Chinese food in a restaurant. I do feel that we cannot replicate the restaurant taste at home.
But the plus point in cooking at home is that oil and spices are fully in our control. Even though the restaurant effect cannot be created at home but we can be sure to have a healthy meal.
Preparing Chinese noodles might look like a daunting job but cooking with the right timing and right blend of sauces can help in creating that perfect dish we see in a restaurant. Here is a simple recipe for preparing noodles with a bit of my personal touch.

- 2 teaspoon chili sauce
