Chicken Tikka Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded chicken tikka
- 1 small onion sliced
- 2 lettuce leaves chopped
- 1 to mato sliced deseeded
- 1 capsicum julienned
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers. mild green chilies
- 2 maida or whole wheat rotis or rumali roti
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard and pickled peppers.
- Take a roti spread the mayonnaise mixture all over it. On one side keep the shredded chicken, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Roll over the roti and tuck its one end with a tooth pick and place it on a hot grill pan. Remove the tooth pick cut it diagonally and serve hot.
