Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 10 tortillas or thin maida rotis
For chicken stuffing
- 500 grams boneless chicken
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Other ingredients:
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 cup capsicum sliced
- 1 cup sliced and deseeded tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 lettuce leaves chopped
For spicy sauce:
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
Instructions
For chicken stuffing
- Heat a pan and add oil. Add finely chopped chicken pieces and stir fry along with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Combine all the ingredients for spicy sauce in a bowl.
- Take a tortilla or Roti and place it over a hot pan. Spread the spicy sauce all over. Now arrange rest of the vegetable and cheese ingredients for filling along with the cooked chicken pieces. Place another roti over it. And grill on a hot pan for 2 minutes on slow flame. Carefully flip over the quesadilla and cook on another side for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Now you will see that all the cheese has melted. Remove from the pan and cut the quesadilla into 4 pieces.
- Serve hot.
